Most Township residents have access to cable television through Comcast Cable Services.  Some citizens residing in the west end of the Township are offered cable services by Adelphia. North Huntingdon Township acts as the franchise holder with Comcast Cable Services, and has limited control over the services provided. 

Due to the enactment of federal legislation, North Huntingdon Township is prohibited from restricting rates on any service other than Basic Tier cable, equipment and installation costs. We have no authority over extended Basic Tier (also known as Cable Programming Services Tier) or premium channel rates. We encourage you to express your feelings regarding this issue to your Congressional representative.
