Zoning Ordinance Update Project
The Board of Commissioners has awarded a contract to Delta Development to re-write the Township's Zoning Ordinance. This project will take place over the next six months and should conclude by the end of 2011 or the beginning of 2012. This is the first comprehensive review of the Township's Zoning Ordinance that was last comprehensively updated in 1991. As this process ensues, there will be plenty of opportunity for citizen involvement at both the Planning Commission and Board of Commissioners meetings. If you are interested in this project, please feel free to contact the Planning and Zoning Department office for additional information.
