Irwin Borough and North Huntingdon Township are working together on our education and public outreach portion of our Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4).
1. All entries must be turned in by 4:00 pm by May 12. 2025. Instructions on turning in the coloring sheet are listed on the paper.
2. Coloring sheets must meet the criteria listed on the instructions. Incomplete forms
will not be judged.
3. Age brackets for judging are as followed:
a. Ages 2-5
b. Ages 6-9
c. Ages 10-12
d. Ages 13-16
4. One (1) winner for each age bracket will receive $50.00 cash. Their entry will be posted on our website, social media account. Entries will be judged by a panel of 3 judges.
